More Definitions of Buyback Price

Buyback Price means an amount of money equal to the amount that the Transferor would receive if all of the assets of the Company were to be sold for the Determined Value (as defined in Section 11.04 hereof), all debts of the Company were paid and the Company was thereafter liquidated, without Reserves, in accordance with the provisions of Section 9.02 hereof.
