Buyer Representative definition

Buyer Representative means the persons so designated on Schedule A or any other person designated in a writing signed and delivered by Buyer to Escrow Agent in accordance with the notice provisions of this Agreement.

Buyer Representative means any director, officer, employee, manager, agent, consultant, distributor or other representative of any Buyer Group Member.
