California Personal Data definition

California Personal Data means the Gen Personal Data the Processing of which is subject to the CCPA.
California Personal Data. Means Personal Data that is subject to the CCPA.
California Personal Data means any Protected Information contained in Customer Data that constitutes personal information as defined in, and to the extent regulated by, the California Privacy Laws.

  • The Parties acknowledge and agree that the disclosure of California Personal Data by the Client to the Provider does not form part of any monetary or other valuable consideration exchanged between the Parties.

  • Upon notice, the Client shall have the right to take reasonable and appropriate steps in accordance with this Addendum to stop and remediate unauthorised use of California Personal Data.

  • Further, the Client certifies that it i) will not Sell or Share California Personal Data; (ii) will not Process California Personal Data outside the direct business relationship between the Parties, unless required by Applicable Data Protection Law; and (iii) will not combine the California Personal Data received from the Client with personal data collected or received from another source, be it from other clients or other Third Parties.

  • In the event of a conflict between the Agreement and the California Data Exhibit, the California Data Exhibit will control to the extent applicable to the California Personal Data.

  • The Provider certifies that California Personal Data shall be processed minding the role of a Service Provider, strictly for the purpose of performing the services specified under the General Terms or as otherwise permitted by the CCPA.

  • This Clause 15 (Additional Provisions for California Personal Data) shall apply only with respect to California Personal Data.

  • Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;

  • Customer Personal Data means the personal data contained within the Customer Data.

  • Personal Information means information identifiable to any person, including, but not limited to, information that relates to a person’s name, health, finances, education, business, use or receipt of governmental services or other activities, addresses, telephone numbers, Social Security Numbers, driver license numbers, other identifying numbers, and any financial identifiers.

  • Client Personal Data means any personal data provided to us by you, or on your behalf, for the purpose of providing our services to you, pursuant to our engagement letter with you;

  • Sensitive Personal Data * means personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data, data concerning health, an individual’s sex life or sexual orientation and an individual’s criminal convictions.

  • Personal Data Breach means a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, Personal Data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed.

  • Sensitive Personal Information or “SPI” means the information categories listed at Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 521.002(2).
