Camp Rules definition

Camp Rules means the rules posted at the Camp facilities and Accommodations leased or owned by Repsol for Company or Contractor employees.
Camp Rules means these terms and conditions, and all of the Camp’s rules, policies, and procedures. “Field Trip Host” means the facility, organization, building or site (jointly “Place”) and the individual representatives of each Site visited as part of a Camp field trip.
Camp Rules. Camper’s enrollment at summer camp is subject to the terms of this Agreement. Camper’s enrollment is also subject to the general statements, rules, regulations, policies, conditions, practices, directives, traditions, and financial terms of the School, including those contained in the Summer Camp Handbook. Parent acknowledges that Parent and Student must abide by such School rules and guidelines. Field Trips: (Initial(s) Parent authorizes camper(s) listed in this agreement to participate in the various field trips on and off campus. This agreement absolves the counselor, St. Xxxx Lutheran School Summer Camp and any and all members of its governing boards of any responsibility for the safety, welfare, health and well-being of the child named above, beyond such matters as may be called reasonable care for children in the custody of a counselor and subject to the counselor’s clear instruction, and assumes personally and exclusively all responsibility and liability for accident, injury, etc., which may occur to the camper(s) during the dates specified: June 3, 2024 – July 26, 2024. Summer camp staff will place campers not permitted to accompany their summer camp group on a designated field trip with another group on campus. Campers will be transported on field trips via bus, car or walking and will be required to wear seatbelts when on the school bus or in a car. Camp Behavior: In order for all of our children to have a safe and enjoyable summer, we look for each program attendee to demonstrate the following Christian attitudes and behaviors throughout the day with adults and peers. Examples of Camp Rules in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the provisions of Article XI of the Camp Rules and Regulations or its successor agreement, camp residents will be provided with a bagged meal for their mid-shift meal.

  • Camp accommodations, when supplied, shall meet all the standards and requirements of the B.C. Building Trades Council's Camp Rules as submitted to the Employer.

  • All camps must meet the specifications as set out in the Building Trades of Alberta and Construction Labour Relations, an Alberta Association 2010 - 2018 Camp Rules and Regulations, or any successor thereto.

  • Camp units so approved will continue to be ‘grandfathered’ under the terms of these current Construction Camp Rules and Regulations.

  • All grievances concerning a camp will be resolved through the grievance procedure provided in the B.T.A. / C.L.R.A. Camp Rules and Regulations.

  • Such standards are set out in the Camp Rules and Regulations approved by the B.C. & Yukon Territory Building and Construction Trades Council and the Construction Labour Relations Association of B.C. dated for reference January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2014.

  • The provisions of these Camp Rules and attached Regulations shall remain in full force and effect until December 31, 2014.

  • Construction camps requiring eating, sleeping, ablution, laundry and recreation facilities that are set up for employees shall generally conform to the provisions set out in the Camp Rules and Regulations covering B.C. and Yukon Territory and the Amalgamated Building and Construction Trades’ Council and the Amalgamated Construction Association of B.C. as amended from time to time, with the exception that two (2) compatible persons may be assigned to a room.

  • Camp accommodations, when supplied, shall meet all the standards and requirements of the British Columbia and Yukon Territory Building Trades Council Camp Rules 1987 - 1997 as attached hereto.

  • PPB Rules means the rules of the Procurement Policy Board as set forth in Title 9 of the Rules of the City of New York (“RCNY”), § 1-01 et seq.

  • School Rules means the body of rules of the School as may be amended from time to time for legal, safety or other substantive reasons, or in order to assist the proper administration of the School. A copy of the then current version of the rules is provided to each child on entry and is sent to parents with the Acceptance Form. Parents will be notified of subsequent changes to the rules;

  • Market Rules means the rules, regulations, customs and practices from time to time of any exchange, clearing house or other organization or market involved in the conclusion, execution or settlement of a Contract any exercise by any such exchange, clearing house or other organization or market of any power or authority conferred on it.
