Canadian Employee Plans definition

Canadian Employee Plans means all the written employee benefit, fringe benefit, supplemental unemployment benefit, bonus, incentive, profit sharing, termination, change of control, pension, retirement, stock option, stock purchase, stock appreciation, phantom stock, health, welfare, medical, dental, disability, life insurance and similar plans, programs, arrangements or practices relating to Current Canadian Employees or Former Canadian Employees, and/or current officers or directors of Marconi Canada maintained, sponsored or funded by Marconi Canada, whether written or oral, funded or unfunded, insured or self-insured, registered or unregistered, other than government-sponsored employment insurance, workers’ compensation, health insurance or pension plans.
Canadian Employee Plans shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.15.
Canadian Employee Plans means all the employee benefit, fringe benefit, supplemental unemployment benefit, bonus, incentive, profit sharing, termination, change of control, pension, retirement, stock option, stock purchase, stock appreciation, health, welfare, medical, dental, disability, life insurance and similar plans, programs, arrangements or practices relating to current or former Canadian employees maintained by the Company and which plan is not subject to ERISA or the Code.

Canadian Employee Plans means all bonus, stock option, stock purchase, incentive, deferred compensation, post-employment or retirement, supplemental retirement, unemployment, severance, vacation, insurance or hospitalization program and any other fringe or employee benefit plans, programs or arrangements maintained, administered or contributed to by the Company or its Canadian Subsidiaries for any current or former employee, director, and any current or former employment or executive compensation or severance agreements, for the benefit of, or relating to, any employee of the Company and its Canadian Subsidiaries employed or previously employed in locations in Canada, but excluding (i) any agreements with former employees under which neither the Company nor any of its Canadian Subsidiaries has any remaining monetary obligations; (ii) any Company Employee Plans; and (iii) any statutory or governmental plan, program or arrangement to which the Company or a Canadian Subsidiary is required by Canadian Law to contribute.
Canadian Employee Plans means all employee benefit, health, welfare, supplemental unemployment benefit, bonus, pension, profit sharing, deferred compensation, stock compensation, stock purchase, retirement, hospitalization insurance, medical, dental, legal, disability, and similar plans or arrangements relating to the employees or former employees of HH Canada other than any plans or benefits under Canadian Employee Benefit Laws.

Canadian Employee Plans means, collectively, (i) the Pension Plan for Employees of United Agri Products, a division of ConAgra Limited (the "UAP Plan"); and (ii) the United Agri Products Savings Plan (which, for greater certainty, includes a deferred profit sharing plan and a group registered retirement savings plan). Canadian Employee Plans means all material health, dental or other medical, life, disability or other insurance (whether insured or self-insured) welfare, mortgage insurance, employee loan, employee assistance, supplemental unemployment benefit, bonus, profit sharing, option, incentive, incentive compensation, deferred compensation, share purchase, share compensation, share appreciation, pension, retirement, savings, supplemental retirement, severance or termination pay, and other material plans, policies, agreements or arrangements for the benefit of Canadian Employees, former employees, consultants or former consultants, directors or former directors engaged in the Canadian Business, or their respective dependents or beneficiaries, which are maintained by or binding upon the Corporation or any of its Subsidiaries or in respect of which the Corporation or any of its Subsidiaries has any actual or potential liability, but excluding the Canada Pension Plan, any health or drug plan established and administered by a Province and workers’ compensation insurance provided by federal or provincial Laws or a comparable program established and administered outside Canada.
Canadian Employee Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.17(b). Canadian Welfare Plan shall mean any medical health hospitalization, dental, insurance or other employee benefit or welfare plan, agreement or arrangement which IC sponsors, maintains or to which it makes, is making or is obligated to make contributions.
Canadian Employee Plans means all Benefit Arrangements and Pension Plans of Metso Canada.
