Capital Expenditure Account definition

Capital Expenditure Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.4.1 hereof.

Capital Expenditure Account means the reserve account required to be established for capital expenditures in Section 1.19 of the Mortgage and by the Collection Account Agreement.
