Capitalized Yield definition

Capitalized Yield means all accrued Yield on outstanding Certificates fairly ----------------- allocable to the Construction Period for a System, except to the extent that such amount is not to be capitalized because sufficient unfunded Commitments are not available therefor.
Capitalized Yield means, with respect to the Lessor Investment and Rent Assignment Advances, the aggregate amount of all Yield accruing thereon attributable to Advances made during and for any Payment Period ending on or before the Base Term Commencement Date. Yield accruing during such Payment Periods on the Advances shall be treated as Capitalized Yield pursuant to Section 2.10 of the Participation Agreement, except to the extent that such amount is not to be capitalized because such amount exceeds the Available Commitment for the Lessor or Rent Assignee, as applicable.
Capitalized Yield means, with respect to the Certificate Amounts, all Yield accruing on the portion of such Certificate Amounts attributable to Advances made during and for the period commencing on the Document Closing Date and ending on or before the Applicable Base Term Commencement Date for each Facility and each Unit allocated to an Equipment Group to the extent such amounts relate to or are reasonably allocable to such Assets. Yield accruing during such Interest Periods on the portion of Certificate Amounts attributable to such Advances shall be treated as Capitalized Yield.

Examples of Capitalized Yield in a sentence

  • With respect to any System as to which this Agreement shall be so terminated, (i) the Construction Period for such System shall automatically terminate, in which event the Equipment in such System shall become subject to the Lease pursuant to Section 2.1 and Section 2.2 thereof, and (ii) Lessor and the Participants shall not be obligated to make any further Advances (including any Advances in respect of Capitalized Interest or Capitalized Yield) with respect to such System.

  • Each holder of a Certificate shall be entitled to receive the Yield on the Certificate Purchaser Amount set forth in its Certificate, which Yield, other than Capitalized Yield, shall be payable on each Payment Date, and to the return to it of such Certificate Purchaser Amount at the Stated Maturity thereof, in accordance with the terms of such Certificate and the Trust Agreement.

  • The aggregate amount disbursed, including Capitalized Interest and Capitalized Yield, by each of the Participants hereunder shall not exceed the respective amounts of their Commitments.

  • If, for any reason, the aggregate cost, including Capitalized Interest and Capitalized Yield on the Notes and Certificates, respectively, to complete construction of all the Systems exceeds the sum of the then available Commitments, then all such costs (including such Capitalized Interest and Capitalized Yield) in excess of the available Commitments shall be borne by Construction Agent from its own funds.

  • To assist the Lessee in preparing Advance Requests, the Administrative Agent will provide the Lessee at least six (6) Business Days prior to the Advance Date with a calculation of Capitalized Yield for any period, including sufficient detail about calculation of items (such as rates) used in such calculations for Lessee to confirm that such calculations are correct.

  • On each Advance Date on which each such Advance is being made, the Project Costs Funded by the Participants shall be increased by an amount equal to the Capitalized Yield, Capitalized Fees and Capitalized Contingent Rent so Funded; provided, however, that if an Advance hereunder would exceed the limitations and limits set forth in the first sentence of Section 3.1(d), the Participants shall not have any obligation to make such Advance.

More Definitions of Capitalized Yield

Capitalized Yield means, with respect to the Lessor Amounts, all Yield accruing on the Lessor Amounts attributable to Advances made during and for any Basic Rent Period ending on or before the Basic Lease Term Commencement Date (or, as applicable, attributable to Advances made during and for the portion of any Basic Rent Period commencing prior to, and ending after, the Basic Lease Term Commencement Date, such portion of such Basic Rent Period to be the portion occurring prior to such Basic Lease Term Commencement Date), including all Yield on any such Lessor Amounts that were made in connection with an Advance for the purpose of financing Capitalized Interest and/or Capitalized Yield.
Capitalized Yield means, with respect to the Investment Amounts, all Yield accruing on the portion of such Investment Amounts attributable to Construction Advances for a Construction Site made during and for any Interest Period ending on or before the Outside Completion Date. Yield accruing during such Interest Periods on the portion of Investment Amounts attributable to such Construction Advances shall be allocated to such Construction Site based upon the sum of the outstanding Construction Advances Funded by Lessor with respect to such Site through the date of determination and shall be treated as Capitalized Yield, except to the extent that such amount is not to be capitalized because either (i) such amount exceeds the Available Lessor Commitment, (ii) Construction Agent shall have elected to pay such amount from its own funds pursuant to Section 4.6 of the Participation Agreement or (iii) the Interest Period relating to such Construction Advance ends after the Outside Completion Date.
Capitalized Yield means, (a) with respect to the Lessor Amount, all Yield accruing on the portion of such Lessor Amount attributable to Advances made during and for all Interest Periods ending on or before the Base Term Commencement Date and (b) with respect to the Rent Assignment Contributions, all Yield accruing on the portion of such Rent Assignment Contributions attributable to Advances made during and for all Interest Periods ending on or before the Base Term Commencement Date. Related to Capitalized Yield

  • Capitalized Interest means, with respect to the interest due or to be due on a Series of Bonds prior to, during and for a period not exceeding one year after the completion of a Project to be funded by such Series, all or part of such interest which will be paid, or is expected to be paid, from the proceeds of such Series.

  • Capitalized Value means, as of any date, Annualized EBITDA divided by the Capitalization Rate.

  • Capitalized Interest Account The separate Eligible Account designated as such and created and maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.05(h) hereof. The Capitalized Interest Account shall be treated as an "outside reserve fund" under applicable Treasury regulations and shall not be part of any REMIC. Except as provided in Section 3.05(h) hereof, any investment earnings on the amounts on deposit in the Capitalized Interest Account shall be treated as owned by the Depositor and will be taxable to the Depositor.

  • Fixed Retained Yield The fixed percentage of interest on each Mortgage Loan with a Mortgage Interest Rate greater than the sum of (a) 6.500%, (b) the applicable Servicing Fee Rate and (c) the Master Servicing Fee Rate, which will be determined on a loan by loan basis and will equal the Mortgage Interest Rate on each Mortgage Loan minus the sum of (a), (b) and (c), which is not assigned to and not part of the Trust Estate.

  • Class X Strip Rate With respect to each Component for any Distribution Date, a rate per annum equal to: (i) the WAC Rate for such Distribution Date, minus (ii) the Pass-Through Rate for the Corresponding Certificates.

  • Class B Principal Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period, (i) during the Revolving Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B Invested Amount as of the last day of the immediately preceding Monthly Period and the denominator of which is the Invested Amount as of such day and (ii) during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Early Amortization Period or any Partial Amortization Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B Invested Amount as of the close of business on the date on which the Revolving Period shall have terminated and the denominator of which is the Invested Amount as of the close of business on the date on which the Revolving Period shall have terminated; provided, however, that with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Class B Principal Percentage shall mean the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B Initial Invested Amount and the denominator of which is the Initial Invested Amount.

  • Class C Unpaid Realized Loss Amount As of any Distribution Date, the excess of (1) the Class C Applied Realized Loss Amount over (2) the sum of (x) all distributions in reduction of the Class C Unpaid Realized Loss Amounts on all previous Distribution Dates and (y) all increases in the Certificate Principal Balance of such Class C Certificates pursuant to the last sentence of the definition of "Certificate Principal Balance."

  • Unpaid Realized Loss Amount With respect to any Class of Subordinated Certificates and as to any Distribution Date, is the excess of (i) the Applied Realized Loss Amounts with respect to such Class over (ii) the sum of (a) all distributions in reduction of such Applied Realized Loss Amounts on all previous Distribution Dates, and (b) the amount by which the Class Certificate Balance of such Class has been increased due to the distribution of any Subsequent Recoveries on all previous Distribution Dates. Any amounts distributed to a Class of Subordinated Certificates in respect of any Unpaid Realized Loss Amount will not be applied to reduce the Class Certificate Balance of such Class.

  • Class D Monthly Interest means, for any Distribution Date, one-twelfth (or, in the case of the first Distribution Date, the number of days from and including the Closing Date to but excluding the 15th day of the month in which such Distribution Date occurs, assuming each month has 30 days, divided by 360) of the product of (A) the Class D Rate and (B) the outstanding principal balance of the Class D Notes as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made to the Holders of the Class D Notes on or before such preceding Distribution Date).

  • Class B Monthly Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(b).

  • Class A Principal Parity Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (I) the excess, if any, of (x) the aggregate remaining principal balance of the Class A Notes immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (y) the Pool Balance as of the end of the immediately preceding Collection Period and (II) the amount of Total Available Funds remaining on deposit in the Collection Account after the funding of the items described in clauses (i) through (iii) of Section 5.7(a) on such Distribution Date.

  • Capitalized Lease Obligations means, with respect to any Person, obligations of such Person and its Subsidiaries under Capitalized Leases, and, for purposes hereof, the amount of any such obligation shall be the capitalized amount thereof determined in accordance with GAAP.
