Carrier Equipment definition

Carrier Equipment means any and all equipment, wiring, or devices provided by DATA or its authorized contractors at the Service Location(s) that is/are used to deliver any of the Services including, but not limited to, allterminals, wires, modems, lines, circuits, ports, routers, gateways, switches, channel service units, data service units, cabinets, and racks. Notwithstanding the above, internal cabling and/or wiring, whether or not installed by DATA, shall not be considered Carrier Equipment.
Carrier Equipment means the Carrier’s equipment for the provision of telecommunications services.
Carrier Equipment means the equipment that may be installed at the Site by Carrier which shall be described in the Schedule attached to Attachment "VI" for each Market.

More Definitions of Carrier Equipment

Carrier Equipment means the equipment that may be installed at the Tower Site by the Carrier which would not exceed (a) nine panel antennae and line or its equivalent and not more than fifteen (15) feet of vertical space upon the Tower Facilities including any vertical separation and (b) ground space sufficient to encompass a ten (10) foot by fifteen (15) foot pad.
Carrier Equipment means Carrier-owned technology, such as radio frequency equipment, that is licensed to be placed in the Carrier’s designated space in the Head End Room and will connect the Carrier Equipment to communications facilities on the BART/SFMTA Real Property.
Carrier Equipment means, pursuant to Attachment 2B, all Carrier hardware, including, without limitation, Two-way PCTs and other related equipment, and all software required to provide Delivered Demand Reduction.

Related to Carrier Equipment

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Other Equipment is leasehold improvements, intangible property such as computer software and software licenses, equipment specifically designed or manufactured for Borrower, other intangible property, limited use property and other similar property and soft costs approved by Bank, including taxes, shipping, warranty charges, freight discounts and installation expenses.

  • Major Equipment means the items of Equipment listed as such in Attachment G.

  • Contractor Equipment means all appliances and things of whatsoever nature (other than temporary works) required for execution and completion of works and remedying of any defects, therein. But does not include plant, materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the permanent works.

  • BT Equipment means any equipment, including any Software, owned by or licensed to BT Group that is located at a Site for the provision of a Service.

However, Contractor’s Equipment excludes Temporary Works, Employer’s Equipment (if any), Plant, Materials and any other things intended to form or forming part of the Equipment.
