Carrier Parties. Carrier Parties shall mean all of the Parties other than Transpacific. Common Reserve Capacity in excess of the Notional Capacity and Capacity: being the difference between the Notional Capacity and the Design Capacity.
Carrier Parties means any licensed insurance carrier offering health insurance products to individuals or small groups.
