Cash Collateral Value definition

Cash Collateral Value means, at any time in relation to the Facility, the aggregate value, (expressed in Euros using the Calculation Agent’s Spot Rate of Exchange, as determined by the Calculation Agent on such date), of the Cash Collateral Account Balance standing to the credit of the Cash Collateral Account at that time;
Cash Collateral Value means, with respect to any cash and/or Permitted Investments in or being deposited in or credited to the Cash Collateral Account at any time, the face value thereof.
Cash Collateral Value means, as of any date of determination, the amount in Dollars equal to the sum of (x) the market value, as determined by the Calculation Agent, of any U.S. Treasuries included in the Collateral and (y) the amount of cash included in the Collateral, excluding (i) any cash in the Reserve Account and (ii) prior to the exercise of the Pledged Warrants on August 15, 2011, the proceeds of the Loan.
