Cash Flow Budget definition

Cash Flow Budget means the cash flow budget demonstrating that the Group has the necessary cash resources to meet its Newbuilding commitments (such cash flow budget to assume no more than fifteen million Dollars ($15,000,000) of bank financing in respect of any Newbuilding that does not have committed financing in place as at the date of providing such cash flow budget) while at all times maintaining a Minimum Cash Balance.
Cash Flow Budget means a budget prepared and agreed to by you and submitted to, and accepted by, us from time to time, as required to be provided to us under a relevant document;
Cash Flow Budget has the meaning specified in Section 6.01(c)(iii).

More Definitions of Cash Flow Budget

Cash Flow Budget means a budget prepared and agreed to by the borrower and submitted to, and accepted by, the Bank from time to time, as required to be provided to the Bank under a relevant document;
Cash Flow Budget means the thirteen (13) week cash flow budget of the Borrower, relative to the operations of Borrower, in substantially the form attached as EXHIBIT 1.2, deliver by Borrower to Agent pursuant to Annex E. "CASH MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS" shall have the meaning assigned to it in SECTION 1.8.
Cash Flow Budget. The Cash Flow Budget attached hereto as Exhibit C, as updated by Borrower with Lender's consent from time to time.

Cash Flow Budget means a monthly cash flow budget prepared by the Borrower, subject to the prior approval of the Lender, in Lender's sole and absolute discretion (which shall be deemed approved if not objected to by the Lender within 30 days following Lender's receipt), delivered to the Lender by (i) the Closing Date, covering the remainder of the fiscal year 2003 and all of the fiscal years 2004, 2005 and 2006 and (ii) thirty days prior to the end of fiscal year 2003 and any succeeding fiscal year, covering in each case the next three immediate succeeding consecutive fiscal years. The initial Cash Flow Budget is attached hereto as Exhibit B.

Related to Cash Flow Budget

  • Capital Expenditure Budget shall constitute an estimate for the applicable period of the capital expenditures required to (i) accomplish capital enhancement projects included in the most recently approved Strategic Plan, (ii) maintain and preserve the Partnership's assets in good operating condition and repair and (iii) achieve or maintain compliance with any HSE Law.

  • Budget means a resource, expressed in financial terms, proposed by the Board for the purpose of carrying out, for a specific period, any or all of the functions of the Trust.

  • Cash Flow Forecast means a 13-week cash flow forecast for the then applicable period, which shall include, among other things, anticipated cash collections and receipts and anticipated disbursements for each calendar week covered thereby.

  • Approved Project Budget means the most recent statement, approved by the FTA, of the costs of the Project, the maximum amount of Federal assistance for which the TJPA is currently eligible, the specific tasks (including specified contingencies) covered, and the estimated cost of each task.

  • Maintenance Capital Expenditures means, for any period, the portion of the aggregate amount of all Capital Expenditures of the Borrower for such period attributable to maintenance of property, plant or equipment of the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries, as determined in good faith by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower.

  • Maintenance Capital Expenditure means cash expenditures (including expenditures for the construction of new capital assets or the replacement, improvement or expansion of existing capital assets) by a Group Member made to maintain, over the long term, the operating capacity or operating income of the Partnership Group.   • Net Capital Expenditures means for any period the amount by which Capital Expenditures during such period exceeds reimbursements for such items during such period from any fund established pursuant to the Loan Documents.

  • Operating Cash Flow means the Company’s or a business unit’s sum of Net Income plus depreciation and amortization less capital expenditures plus changes in working capital comprised of accounts receivable, inventories, other current assets, trade accounts payable, accrued expenses, product warranty, advance payments from customers and long-term accrued expenses, determined in accordance with generally acceptable accounting principles.

  • Consolidated Maintenance Capital Expenditures means, for any period, the aggregate amount of expenditures for additions to property, plant, and equipment that are not Consolidated Expansion Capital Expenditures.

  • Funds Flow Statement means a funds flow statement in agreed form.

  • Base Case Projections means the initial forecast for the Project prepared as of the Effective Date using the Base Case Financial Model.

  • Capital Expenditure Reserve means, on an annual basis, an amount equal to $0.15 per square foot for each property owned by a Borrower or the Parent (or a Subsidiary thereof).
