Cash Settlement Value of a Warrant shall equal an amount in U.S. dollars (rounded down to the nearest one-hundredth of a cent) that is the greater of (A) zero and (B) the product of (i) the quotient obtained by dividing (x) the amount, if any, by which the Final Index Level for the applicable Valuation Date exceeds the Strike Price by (y) the Initial Index Level and (ii) the Notional Amount.
Cash Settlement Value means (i) in the case of PLDT Shares, the simple average of the daily volume weighted average price as obtained or derived from the Relevant Exchange for one PLDT Share calculated for the seven consecutive Trading Days ending on the twelfth Trading Day after the Exchange Date; and (ii) in the case of any other Relevant Security, the simple average of the daily volume weighted average price as obtained or derived from such stock exchange or other securities market on which such Relevant Security is principally traded for one share of such Relevant Security calculated for the seven consecutive Trading Days ending on the twelfth Trading Day after the Exchange Date. The calculation of the Cash Settlement Amount and Cash Settlement Value by the Issuer or the Guarantor shall be verified in all cases by an independent bank or appraiser of international repute acting as an expert selected by the Issuer or the Guarantor and approved in writing by the Trustee.
Cash Settlement Value in respect of any exercised Warrant means an amount equal to the excess, if any, of the arithmetic average of (i) the Market Value of the Underlying Common Stock for the period commencing on the fourth and ending on and including the thirteenth Business Day immediately following the date on which such Warrant is exercised, subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 6 hereof, the provisions of which shall be applied for this purpose through such thirteenth Business Day, over (ii) the Purchase Price relating to such Warrant as adjusted pursuant to Section 6 hereof through such thirteenth Business Day.

  • The Cash Settlement Value will be rounded, if necessary, to the nearest cent (with one-half cent being rounded upwards).

  • Warrantholders will not receive any interest on any Cash Settlement Value.

  • On the Exercise Date, the Warrant Agent shall: (i) obtain the Spot Yield from the Calculation Agent; (ii) determine the Cash Settlement Value of the Warrants; (iii) advise the Company of the aggregate Cash Settlement Value of the Warrants and advise the Company of such other matters relating to the exercised Warrants as the Company shall reasonably request.

  • In no event shall a Warrantholder be entitled to any interest on any Cash Settlement Value.

  • Settlement Value means the amount which the holder of a Contract may receive for a Contract held until Expiration. The Settlement Value of a Binary Contract is $100. The Settlement Value of a Variable Payout Contract is determined as described in the definitions of Long and Short Variable Payout Contracts.

  • Cash Settlement Amount means, in respect of every Board Lot, an amount calculated by the Issuer in accordance with the following formula (and, if appropriate, either (I) converted (if applicable) into the Settlement Currency at the Exchange Rate or, as the case may be, (II) converted into the Interim Currency at the First Exchange Rate and then (if applicable) converted into Settlement Currency at the Second Exchange Rate):
