Category A Equipment definition

Category A Equipment means equipment purchased by Xxxxxx from unaffiliated Persons and which is either (1) the subject of an Eligible Lease or (2) held for sale or lease to unaffiliated Persons. Category A Equipment shall be composed of Stage III compliant jet engines which are less than 15 years from the date of manufacture and are suitable for use in major aircraft manufactured by The Boeing Co., XxXxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Corp. or

Category A Equipment means collectively the Category A1 Equipment and the Category A2 Equipment;

Category A Equipment shall be composed of Stage III compliant jet engines which are less than 15 years from the date of manufacture and are suitable for use in major aircraft manufactured by The Boeing Co., McDoxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxp. or Airbus Industrie. Category A Equipment also shall include three de Havilland DHC-8-102 turbo prop aircraft, six Pratx & Xhitney Model PW120A aircraft engines, six Hamixxxx Xxxndard Model 14SF four-blade propellers and three Pratx & Xhitney Model PW120A spare engines, each as more fully described in Exhibit F attached hereto, all of which will be purchased from FINOVA Capital Corporation and all of which are subject to existing leases to Horizon Air Industries, Inc."

Category A Equipment means the equipment described and listed as “Category A” in the Equipment List and Equipment Functional Specifications (or similar equipment) but does not include any equipment, systems or components for which Project Co is responsible for the Design and Construction pursuant to Schedule 3, notwithstanding the inclusion of such equipment, systems or components on the Equipment List;
