CDS Data definition

CDS Data has the meaning specified in Section 2.18(a).
CDS Data means, with respect to any date, the trailing 30-day average of the composite end of day credit default swap spread for the five year point on the trading convention credit default curve that is the most liquid and/or widely followed credit default swap curve for the Borrower’s senior unsecured obligations for the immediately preceding 30 Business Days, as determined by the Administrative Agent.
CDS Data has the meaning specified in Section 9.20.

  • Anonymous Data means Personal Data that has been processed in such a manner that it can no longer be attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

There have been no breaches, violations, outages or unauthorized uses of or accesses to same, except for those that have been remedied without material cost or liability or the duty to notify any other person, nor any incidents under internal review or investigations relating to the same. The Company and its subsidiaries are presently in material compliance with all applicable laws or statutes and all judgments, orders, rules and regulations of any court or arbitrator or governmental or regulatory authority, internal policies and contractual obligations relating to the privacy and security of IT Systems, Confidential Data, and Personal Data and to the protection of such IT Systems, Confidential Data, and Personal Data from unauthorized use, access, misappropriation or modification.

  • Study Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports).   • Data Site means an electronic password protected data site maintained by the Borrower (or by the Collateral Manager on behalf of Borrower) at Xxxxxxx Corporation, Intralinks, SyndTrak Online or any other similar electronic distribution system reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Client Data means all data or records of whatever nature in whatever form relating to the Client, its operations, facilities, assets, employees, students or otherwise relating to its business, whether subsisting at the date of this Agreement, or created or processed in connection with the Services or as provided by the Client to the Supplier in connection with the Services. Client Data shall include all Client Personal Data

  • Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.
