CfD Documents definition

CfD Documents means the Contract for Difference and each of the agreements entered into between the CfD Counterparty and the Transferor which are listed in Annex 1 to this Agreement;
CfD Documents means the Contract for Difference and each of the agreements entered into between the Parties pursuant to it and “CfD Document” shall be construed accordingly;
CfD Documents means the AF Rules, The Contracts for Difference (Allocation) Regulations 2014, The Contracts for Difference (Definition of Eligible Generator) Regulations 2014 and The Contracts for Difference (Supplier Obligation) Regulations 2014 and any other regulations made under Chapter 2 of Part 2 of the Energy Act 2013 which are in force from time to time.

  • It has the power to enter into, deliver and perform, and has taken all necessary action to authorise its entry into, delivery and performance of, the Contract for Difference and the other CfD Documents.

  • The obligations expressed to be assumed by it (and by the Generator) pursuant to the Contract for Difference and the other CfD Documents are legal, valid, binding and enforceable subject only to the Legal Reservations.

  • It is hereby agreed and declared that the CfD Documents as novated shall continue in full force and effect and that, as from the Effective Date, the terms and conditions of the CfD Documents have only changed to the extent set out in this Agreement.

  • With effect from the Effective Date, the CfD Counterparty agrees to perform all its duties and to discharge all its obligations under the CfD Documents and to be bound by all the terms and conditions of the CfD Documents in every way as if the Transferee were named in each CfD Document as a party in place of the Transferor from the date of each CfD Document.

  • The UJV Representative shall have full authority to bind the UJV Parties for the purposes of the Contract for Difference and all other CfD Documents.

  • The discharge or rendering of performance by the CfD Counterparty of any duty, function, obligation, liability or responsibility under the Contract for Difference or other CfD Documents to the UJV Representative shall constitute the discharge or rendering of performance to all UJV Parties.

  • No Default with respect to it or the Generator has occurred and is continuing or might reasonably be expected to result from its or the Generator's entry into or performance of the Contract for Difference or any of the other CfD Documents.

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • Bid Documents means all the documents issued by the Chief Procurement Officer, or referenced by the Chief Procurement Officer as being available on the City's website and incorporated by such reference, in connection with an invitation for bids or proposals. Except for such Bid Documents as are posted on the City's website and incorporated by reference, all Bid Documents must be submitted by a bidder on the Bid Opening Date.

  • Bond Documents means the Bonds, the Indenture, the Loan Agreement, the Remarketing Agreement, the Remarketing Circular, and all amendments and supplements thereto.

  • Related Documents mean all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, security deeds, collateral mortgages, and all other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter existing, executed in connection with the Loan.

  • Fund Documents those documents prepared by the Fund that, pursuant to Rule 498(e)(1), must be publicly accessible, free of charge, at the Web site address specified on the cover page or at the beginning of the Summary Prospectus.

  • Required Documents means those documents identified in Section 2(I) of the Custodial Agreement.

  • Operative Documents means the Purchase Agreement, the Indenture, the Trust Agreement, the Guarantee Agreement, the Notes and the Trust Securities.

  • Specified Documents means, with respect to any Property File, each document listed in the definition of “Property File”.

  • L/C Documents is defined in Section 3.4 hereof.

  • DIP Documents means the DIP ABL Documents and the DIP Term Loan Documents.

  • Financing Documents means collectively the documents evidencing Lenders’ commitment to finance the Project.

  • Agreement Documents means the instructions to proponents, scope of service, addenda, response to the RFP, and the acceptance of proposal together with all subsequently negotiated agreements, written amendments, modifications, and supplements to such documents and all written authorizations signed by the administrator(s) amending, deleting, or adding to the contract.

  • Bidding Documents means the set of Bidding Documents that preceded the placement of the Contract of which these GCC form a part, which were sold or issued by the Purchaser to potential Bidders, and in which the specifications, terms and conditions of the proposed procurement were prescribed.

  • Related Agreements shall have the meaning specified in the recitals to the Administration Agreement.

  • Acquisition Documents means the Acquisition Agreement, all other agreements to be entered into between the Target or its Affiliates and Holdings or its Affiliates in connection with the Acquisition and all schedules, exhibits and annexes to each of the foregoing and all side letters, instruments and agreements affecting the terms of the foregoing or entered into in connection therewith.
