Change Authorisation Note definition

Change Authorisation Note a form setting out an agreed Contract Change which shall be substantially in the form of Annex 2 of Schedule 8.2 (Change Control Procedure);

  • If the Purchaser approves the proposed Contract Change pursuant to paragraph 5.1 and it has not been rejected by the Service Provider in accordance with paragraph 6, then it shall inform the Service Provider and the Service Provider shall prepare two (2) copies of a Change Authorisation Note which it shall sign and deliver to the Purchaser for its signature.
