Change Note definition

Change Note means a Change Note pursuant to clause 3 and Schedule 4; Charges means the charges specified in a Request for Services for the Agreed Services together with any Mandatory Additional Cost Payment; Commencement Date means the date of this Agreement;

Related to Change Note

  • Exchange Note means the Closed-End Exchange Note.
