Charter Guarantees definition

Charter Guarantees means in relation to each of the Collateral Vessels, any guarantee provided or to be provided by a Charter Guarantor in relation to a Charterer’s obligations under a Charter and “Charter Guarantee” means any of them.
Charter Guarantees means the guarantees made or to be made by the Charter Guarantor in favour of the relevant Borrower guaranteeing the obligations of the Charterer under each Charter.
Charter Guarantees means: (a) in respect of each of the V-MAX Vessels, a performance guarantee issued or to be issued by Concordia Maritime AB in favour of the relevant Owner or, at any stage following a change of charterer as contemplated by Clause 11.2.2(iii), Stena AB; and (b) in respect of each of the Stena Vessels, a performance guarantee issued or to be issued by Stena AB in favour of the relevant Owner.

More Definitions of Charter Guarantees

Charter Guarantees means every, guarantee by the Charter Guarantor of the payment obligations of the Transferor under a Charter, in the form of Exhibit D to this Acquisition Agreement; provided, however, that, if a Vessel is transferred by the Transferor (following a vessel exchange between the Transferor and an Original Owner) directly to the Transferee in accordance with the terms hereof, there shall be no Charter Hire Guarantee in respect of such Vessel. *

Related to Charter Guarantees

  • Other Guarantees means all guarantees, other than this Preferred Securities Guarantee, to be issued by the Guarantor with respect to preferred securities (if any) similar to the Preferred Securities, issued by trusts other than the Issuer to be established by the Guarantor (if any), in each case similar to the Issuer.

  • Management Guarantees means guarantees (x) of up to an aggregate principal amount outstanding at any time of $25.0 million of borrowings by Management Investors in connection with their purchase of Management Stock or (y) made on behalf of, or in respect of loans or advances made to, directors, officers, employees or consultants of any Parent, the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary (1) in respect of travel, entertainment and moving-related expenses incurred in the ordinary course of business, or (2) in the ordinary course of business and (in the case of this clause (2)) not exceeding $10.0 million in the aggregate outstanding at any time.

  • Subsidiary Guarantees means the guarantees of each Subsidiary Guarantor as provided in Article Thirteen.
