City Representatives as used in this Agreement shall mean and include all of the respective predecessors, successors, assigns, agents, advisory committee members, officials employees, members, independent contractors, affiliates, principals, officers, directors, attorneys, accountants, representatives, staff, council members, board members and commissioners of City.

  • City Representative means the Representative or appointee engaged by the City to supervise the work.
