The Class A-1-L Notes, together with such other notes issued pursuant to the Indenture are collectively referred to herein as “Notes.” The Notes are secured as provided in the Indenture, but solely by the pledge of the Trust Estate described in the Indenture.

The Class A-1-L Notes are issuable as registered notes in the minimum denomination of $100,000 and $1,000 integral multiples in excess thereof.
