Class A-1R Notes definition

Class A-1R Notes. The Class A-1R Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes issued on the First Refinancing Date pursuant to this Indenture and having the characteristics specified in Section 2.3.
Class A-1R Notes. The Class A-1R Revolving Senior Secured Floating Rate Term Notes due 2037, issued by the Issuer pursuant to this Indenture.

Examples of Class A-1R Notes in a sentence

  • The obligations of the Class A-1R Noteholders to fund their respective Pro Rata Share of Class A-1R Borrowings shall not become effective until the date on which the Indenture and this Agreement are executed and delivered and the Class A-1R Notes are duly authorized, issued, authenticated and delivered thereunder.

  • The Class A-1R Commitments will terminate on the last day of the Reinvestment Period (or, if earlier, the date on which the Class A-1R Notes are optionally redeemed by the Issuer pursuant to Article IX of the Indenture).

  • Any Commitment Fees accrued but not paid on prior Payment Dates shall accrue interest at the highest rate then applicable to the Class A-1R Notes (or if there are no Borrowings then outstanding, on each day the higher of (x) the Interest Rate on the Class A-1T Notes and (y) the Interest Rate on the Class A-1F Notes on such day).

  • Purchase, Sale, Payment and Delivery of the Class A-1R Notes on the Closing Date.

  • In addition, the Interest Rate of the Class A-1R Notes will be subject to the Interest Rate Cap.


More Definitions of Class A-1R Notes

Class A-1R Notes. Prior to the Refinancing Date, the Class A-1R Senior Secured Revolving Floating Rate Notes issued on the Closing Date pursuant to this Indenture and, on and after the Refinancing Date, the Class A-1R-R Notes.
Class A-1R Notes means the €80,000,000 Class A-1R Senior Secured Variable Funding Notes due 2023 or the amount thereof from time to time being outstanding, or as the context may require, a specific number thereof.

Related to Class A-1R Notes

  • Class A-5 Notes means the $_________ Floating Rate Class A-5 Student Loan Asset-Backed Notes issued by the Trust pursuant to the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A thereto.

  • Class A Notes means the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes and the Class A-4 Notes.

  • Class A-1 Notes means the Class A-1 4.867% Asset-Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 to the Indenture.

  • B Notes means each of Note B-1 and Note B-2.

  • A Notes means each Note that has a designation starting with “A”, either individually or in the aggregate as the context may require.

  • Class E Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • Class D Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • Class B Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • Class A-2-A Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • Class A-2a Notes means the Class A-2a 5.05% Asset-Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2a to the Indenture.

  • Class A-1 Note means any of 5.604% Asset Backed Notes, Class A‑1, issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A-1.

  • Class A-1 Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class A-1 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class A-1 Notes.
