Class A-3a Notes definition

Class A-3a Notes means the Class A-3a Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-3a.

Class A-3a Notes means the Class A-3a 4.71% Asset Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-3a.
