Class Action Authorized Claimants means persons or entities who filed approved claims in the Class Action. For the avoidance of doubt, the Released Plaintiff’s Claims include all of the claims asserted in the Miller Action, but do not include claims based on conduct of Defendants’ Releasees after the Effective Date.

  • Resettlement Action Plan or “RAP”, means a plan approved by the Association, to be prepared in accordance with the provisions of the RPF, setting forth principles and procedures governing land acquisition or other associated Project impacts, resettlement and compensation of Affected Persons, as well as reporting and monitoring arrangements to ensure compliance with the said plan, as the same may be amended from time to time with the agreement of the Association, and “Resettlement Action Plans” or “RAPs” shall mean such Resettlement Action Plans, collectively.

  • Litigation Claims means the claims, rights of action, suits or proceedings, whether in law or in equity, whether known or unknown, that any Debtor or any Estate may hold against any Person or Entity, including, without limitation, the Causes of Action of the Debtors or their Estates, in each case solely to the extent of the Debtors’ or their Estates’ interest therein.   • Related Claims means all Claims for Wrongful Acts based upon, arising out of, resulting from, or in any way involving the same or related facts, circumstances, situations, transactions or events or the same or related series of facts, circumstances situations, transactions or events, whether related logically, causally or in any other way.

  • Settlement Class Representatives means Plaintiffs Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, and Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx.

  • Class Member means a member of the Class.

  • Class Members means all individuals in the Settlement Class, including the Class Representatives.

  • Claims Register means the official register of Claims maintained by the Notice and Claims Agent.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Released Plaintiff Claims shall not include any claims to enforce the Stipulation or the Settlement.
