Class D-1 Notes definition

Class D-1 Notes. The Class D-1 Secured Deferrable Floating Rate Notes issued pursuant to the Indenture and having the characteristics specified in Section 2.3.
Class D-1 Notes means, prior to the 2021 Refinancing Date, the Class D-1 Mezzanine Deferrable Floating Rate Notes having the applicable Note Interest Rate and Stated Maturity as set forth in Section 2.3.Notes and the Class D-2 Notes, collectively, and on and after the 2021 Refinancing Date, the Class D-R Notes.
Class D-1 Notes means the Class D-1 Mezzanine Deferrable Floating Rate Notes issued on the Closing Date.

Class D-1 Notes. The Class D-1 Deferrable Mezzanine Term Notes issued pursuant to this Indenture and having the characteristics specified in Section 2.3.2.3; provided that, on and after the Second Refinancing Date, the Class D-1 Notes shall be paid in full and not be Outstanding for all purposes under this Indenture.
Class D-1 Notes means any Class D-1 Notes described in Article II of, and authorized by, and authenticated and delivered under, the Indenture.
Class D-1 Notes has the meaning set forth in the first recital.
Class D-1 Notes means the Class D-1 Deferrable Mezzanine Secured Floating Rate Notes due May 5, 2036, issued by the Co-Issuers on the Closing Date, that bear interest at a floating rate per annum equal to LIBOR plus 2.60%.
Class D-1 Notes means the €1,750,000 Class D-1 Notes due 2022.
