Class D-2 Notes definition

Class D-2 Notes means the Class D-2R Mezzanine Deferrable Fixed Rate Notes having the applicable Note Interest Rate and Stated Maturity as set forth in Section 2.3.

Class D-2 Notes means the Class D-2-R2 Notes.

Class D-2 Notes. The Class D-2 Deferrable Mezzanine Term Notes issued pursuant to this Indenture and having the characteristics specified in Section 2.3.2.3; provided that, on and after the Second Refinancing Date, the Class D-2 Notes shall be paid in full and not be Outstanding for all purposes under this Indenture.

Examples of Class D-2 Notes in a sentence

For the avoidance of doubt, the Class D-1 Notes and the Class D-2 Notes each shall constitute a separate Class.
The Class A-1 Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C-1Notes, the Class D-1 Notes, the Class D-2 Notes and the Class E Notes, collectively.
The period from the Closing Date to, but excluding, with respect to the Class B Notes, the Class C-F Notes, the Class D-2 Notes and the Class E Notes, the Payment Date in October 2018, and with respect to the 2019 Notes, the Payment Date in April 2020.
The Class A Notes so long as any Class A Notes are Outstanding; then the Class B Notes so long as any Class B Notes are Outstanding; then the Class C Notes so long as any Class C Notes are Outstanding; then the Class D-1 Notes so long as any Class D-1 Notes are Outstanding; then the Class D-2 Notes so long as any Class D-2 Notes are Outstanding; then the Class E Notes so long as any Class E Notes are Outstanding; and then the Subordinated Notes.
As to each Interest Accrual Period, the amount of interest for such Interest Accrual Period payable in respect of each $100,000 principal amount of the Class D-2 Notes.

Class D-2 Notes means the Class D-2 Deferrable Mezzanine Secured Fixed Rate Notes due May 5, 2036, issued by the Co-Issuers on the Closing Date, that bear interest at a fixed rate per annum equal to 7.71%.

Class D-2 Notes has the meaning set forth in the first recital.

Class D-2 Notes. The Class D-2 Secured Deferrable Floating Rate Notes issued pursuant to the First Supplemental Indenture and having the characteristics specified in Section 2.3, as amended by the First Supplemental Indenture.

Class D-2 Notes means the Class D-2 Mezzanine Secured Deferrable Floating Rate Notes due July, 2027 and having the terms as described herein.

Class D-2 Notes means any Class D-2 Notes described in Article II of, and authorized by, and authenticated and delivered under, the Indenture.

Class D-2 Notes means the Class D-2R Notes.
