Class Member List definition

Class Member List means the list of names, addresses, and Account numbers of each member of the Settlement Class to be prepared by Defendant in Microsoft® Excel format. For purposes of preparing the Class Member List, joint or co-owners on an Account will be treated as one person, and the Class Member List need only identify the primary member on an Account. The parties acknowledge that the Class Member List contains confidential information that must not be disseminated to anyone other than the Settlement Administrator, which must treat the information as confidential.

Class Member List has the meaning specified in paragraph 12.1 below.

Class Member List means the list on computer media of all known Class Members reasonably obtained from the readily-searchable computer media of Cap Re and GMAC Mortgage without the need for a file-level review to be provided to Lead Class Counsel and the Settlement Administrator in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.7 hereof.

• Bedford and Xxxxxxxx make no representations as to the accuracy of any email addresses included in the Class Member List.

• As soon as practicable, but starting no later than 14 days after the date that Bedford and Xxxxxxxx provide the Class Member List to the Settlement Administrator, the Settlement Administrator shall cause the Mail Notice to be sent to all Class Members for whom no email address appears on the Class Member List.

More Definitions of Class Member List

Class Member List. The Class Member List shall mean a list of all Class Members, identified by: (i) name; (ii) last known address; (iii) classification or department; (iv) dates of employment during the Relevant Time Period; and (v) social security numbers, if available, contained in a confidential document that the Defendants shall provide to Plaintiffs’ Counsel and the Settlement Administrator. The Class Member List is to be used by Plaintiffs’ Counsel and Settlement Administrator to effectuate settlement, and may not be copied, disseminated or used for any other purpose.

Class Member List means the list containing the name, social security number, last known home address (as reflected in PwC’s records), personal telephone numbers (where available in PwC’s records), and Work Weeks for each Class Member that will be provided to the Settlement Administrator pursuant to paragraph 88. Defendant has reviewed the Individual Work Weeks that will be provided to the Settlement Administrator and represents that the Individual Work Weeks are based on the records it maintains in the ordinary course of its business.

Class Member List means a complete list of all Class Members and their associated data, which Defendants will in good faith compile from their records and provide to the Settlement Administrator within fifteen (15) business days after Preliminary Approval (as defined below) of this Settlement. The Class Member List shall include each Class Member’s full name; last known mailing address and telephone number; last known e-mail address (if available); beginning and ending dates of employment; Social Security number; the number of California Class Individual Workweeks that each individual worked; and the number of FLSA Class Member Individual Workweeks that each individual worked. The Class Member List is provided to the Settlement Administrator solely for purposes of this Settlement, shall be treated as confidential, shall not be shared by the Settlement Administrator, and must be returned and/or destroyed by the Settlement Administrator upon the conclusion of the administration process.

Class Member List means the list of Settlement Class Members compiled by Defendants pursuant to the Preliminary Approval Order.

Class Member List. The Class Member List shall mean a list of all Class Members, identified by: (i) name; (ii) last known address; (iii) Edison Class Member and/or Preferred Class Member designation; (iv) social security numbers, if available; and (v) the following information on hours worked: (a) for Edison Class Members, all hours worked for Edison from Dec. 1, 2014 through March 31, 2020; (b) for Preferred Class Members, all hours worked for Preferred from Dec. 1, 2014 through March 31, 2020; (c) for Edison Class Members, all hours worked for Edison from April 1, 2020 until the end of the Class Period; and (d) for Preferred Class Members, all hours worked for Preferred from April 1, 2020 until the end of the Class Period. The Class Member List is to be used by Class Counsel and the Settlement Claims Administrator to effectuate settlement, and may not be used for any other purpose.

Class Member List means the list of eligible Class Members. The portion of the Class Member List identified by Defendant will be compiled by Defendant and shall include where available the amount of APSN Fees (defined below) each Class Member identified by Defendant was charged. The Class Member List shall be given to Class Counsel within 7 days of the date the Court signs the Preliminary Approval Order.
