Class Member Payment definition

Class Member Payment means the amount the Settlement Administrator distributes from the Net Settlement Amount to each Settlement Class Member.

Class Member Payment means the portion of the Net Settlement Amount that each Participating Class Member shall be entitled to receive from the Net Settlement Amount.
