Classification Objection definition

Classification Objection has the meaning given to that term in paragraph 2.6(B)(ii)(a) of Annex 2 (Change Control Procedure);
Classification Objection means an objection by Avista resulting from a good faith determination by an Authorized Officer of Avista that NorthWestern’s classification of a Proposal relating to or addressing matters involving the AOC, CCR Rules compliance, or decommissioning or demolition of Colstrip Unit 3 or Colstrip Unit 4 as an Other Proposal rather than a Remediation Proposal is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement or the Avista-NorthWestern 3&4 Agreement.
Classification Objection means an Objection on the grounds that the other Party has incorrectly classified the subject matter of the Proposal as a Colstrip 3 Proposal, Colstrip 4 Proposal, Mixed Proposal, Unit 3 Decommissioning Proposal, Unit 4 Decommissioning Proposal, Unit 3 Budget Proposal, Unit 4 Budget Proposal, or Remediation Proposal, as applicable.
