Client Customer Data definition

Client Customer Data means data in relation to any Client Customer who is the intended recipient of or receives an Outward Payment or who initiates an Inward Receipt;
Client Customer Data means any data collected, assembled, selected or compiled by Contractor or any Approved Subcontractor as part of the Services which relate to Client Customers;
Client Customer Data means any and all data and information about CLIENT customers or CLIENT Partners provided to CLIENT by CLIENT Cardholders or CLIENT Partners or otherwise acquired by CLIENT from any source.

  • We have no direct relationship with the parties whose Client Customer Data is processed by our Clients.If You are aware that Your Personal Data has been provided to a Client of ours who has a Service with Us, then please read this section of our Privacy Policy.

  • Client Customer is responsible, among other things, for the following: (a) all uses of the Services using user names or passwords assigned to Client Customer; (b) input of Client Customer Data into the Five Points Service; (c) confirmation of the accuracy of the Client Customer Data input into and received from the Services; and, (d) compliance with all applicable laws associated with the use of Client Customer’s data.

  • Client Customer agrees that only designated administrators of the Client Customer may input Client Customer Data (“Authorized Users”).

  • The Client Customer shall own all rights, title and interest in and to all of the applicable Client Customer Data.

  • Reasonable security measures will be taken to ensure that Client Customer Data remains secure and the systems will utilise * technology in order to maximise systems availability.

  • If requested by the Client Customer, FIVE POINTS may transfer the End User accounts and any Client Customer Data to another designated Client Customer for the purpose of Client Customer service and administration of End User accounts.

  • For purposes of this Agreement, “Timely Submission” of Client Customer Data will be defined as follows: (a) Submitting initial Client Customer Data within two weeks of the implementation call; (b) Submitting final Client Customer Data within two weeks of receiving correspondence on the initial Client Customer Data; and (c) Submitting ongoing Client Customer Data at least monthly.

  • In the event the Client terminates the Master Services Agreement prior to paying one (1) full month of per employee fees for Client Customer, all Client Customer Data which has been incorporated into one or more reports or other documentation generated by the Services will be the property of FIVE POINTS.

  • FIVE POINTS has no responsibility or obligation to determine if Client Customer Data is accurate or complete.

  • FIVE POINTS shall make reasonable efforts to keep Client Customer Data confidential and, in the alternative, may elect to destroy all such Client Customer Data upon thirty (30) days’ written notice to the Client Customer, or after seven (7) years following the termination of this Agreement without any notice to the Client Customer.

Related to Client Customer Data

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Client Data means all data or records of whatever nature in whatever form relating to the Client, its operations, facilities, assets, employees, students or otherwise relating to its business, whether subsisting at the date of this Agreement, or created or processed in connection with the Services or as provided by the Client to the Supplier in connection with the Services. Client Data shall include all Client Personal Data

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Indigent Customer means the head of an indigent household:-

  • Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract. The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • Customer Lists We hereby agree that we shall not use any list of your customers which may be obtained in connection with this Agreement for the purpose of solicitation of any product or service without your express written consent. However, nothing in this paragraph or otherwise shall be deemed to prohibit or restrict us or our affiliates in any way from solicitations of any product or service directed at, without limitation, the general public, any segment thereof, or any specific individual, provided such solicitation is not based upon such list.

  • Customer Usage Data means the Telecommunications Services usage data of a CLEC End User measured in minutes, sub-minute increments, message units, or otherwise, that is recorded by SBC-13STATE and forwarded to CLEC.

  • DMA Customer means a Customer of a Sponsoring Broker where representatives of the Customer that are natural persons are designated by the Sponsoring Broker to have Trading Access to the SEF Platform using the Participant ID of the Sponsoring Broker and where such Customer signs the DMA Customer Documentation.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • End Customer means an enterprise customer to which Partner markets or sells Products for internal use.

  • Customer Content means all files, content (including audio, video, text, or images), and data (including Personal Data) belonging to or controlled by the Customer, which is uploaded into the Products and Services or otherwise provided to Showpad for processing pursuant to the Agreement.

  • Customer List means a list in electronic form (or such other form determined by ActewAGL) which sets out the following items for a Volume Customer Delivery Point:

  • Vendor Data means any and all information, data and documentation to be provided by Subcontractor and any of its lower-tier Subcontractors under this Subcontract.

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.

  • Host Customer means a customer under a Customer Agreement.

  • Cardholder Data has the meaning defined by the PCI Security Standards Council, Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) and Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS), Glossary of Terms, Abbreviations, and Acronyms, Version 3.0, January 2014, currently available online at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/documents/PCI_DSS_Glossary_v3.pdf.

  • End-Use Customer means a person or entity in Delaware that purchases electrical energy at retail prices from a Retail Electricity Supplier.

  • Business Customer means a customer who is not a residential customer.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Client Materials means all works and materials supplied by or on behalf of the Client to the Consultant for incorporation into the Deliverables or for some other use in connection with the Services;

  • Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.

  • Network Customer means an entity receiving transmission service pursuant to the terms of the Transmission Provider’s Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.
