Client Provided Data definition

Client Provided Data means the data that Client provides to the TradeLens Platform.

Examples of Client Provided Data in a sentence

  • Client Provided Data will be destroyed upon the expiration or cancellation of the Service trial unless specific migration to the related generally available TradeLens Services is available.

  • IBM may retain Client Provided Data to the extent that it is part of a transaction on the Cloud Service blockchain.

  • IBM will not make Client Provided Data for a particular shipment available to any Participant who is not involved in the end-to-end transport or related services of that shipment.

  • Client hereby grants to IBM a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable license, to (i) use and incorporate into the Cloud Service the Client Provided Data, and (ii) make such Client Provided Data available to users of the Cloud Service as specified in this Agreement.

  • All Authorized Client-Partner data and other content that is processed by the Cloud Service will be considered Client Provided Data and Content under the Agreement.

  • Client Provided Data – consists of information provided to the Cloud Service by Client, such as shipping industry milestones ("Client Provided Events") and trade documents in digital form.

  • IBM may retain Client Provided Data to the extent that it is part of a transaction on the TradeLens Platform blockchain.

  • IBM will retain and delete Client Provided Data according to the data retention policy at http://docs.tradelens.com/reference/data_retention_policy.

  • Client may provide Client Provided Data to the Cloud Service in accordance with the Data Sharing Specification for each Consignment tracked by the Cloud Service.

Related to Client Provided Data

  • Excluded Data means: (i) data that is classified, used on the U.S. Munitions list (including software and technical data); or both; (ii) articles, services, and related technical data designated as defense articles and defense services; (iii) ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) released data; and (iv) personally identifiable information that is subject to heightened security requirements as a result of Partner or End User’s internal policies or practices, industry-specific standards or by law.

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • Deidentified data means data that:

  • Derived Data means data of any kind derived as a result (directly or indirectly) of the Data being Manipulated;

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Third Party Data has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).

  • Third-party filer means an entity that submits a Product filing to the Commission on behalf of an Insurer.

  • Service Provider Materials means all works of authorship, products and materials [including, but not limited to, data, diagrams, charts, reports, specifications, studies, inventions, software, software development tools, methodologies, ideas, methods, processes, concepts and techniques] owned by, or licensed to, the Service Provider prior to the Commencement Date or independently developed by the Service Provider outside the scope of this Agreement at no expense to Transnet, and used by the Service Provider in the performance of the Services;

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Company-Provided Information means any computer tape furnished to the Underwriters by the Company concerning the assets comprising the Trust.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • De-identified data means information that has all Personally Identifiable Information, including direct and indirect identifiers removed or obscured, such that the remaining information does not reasonably identify an individual. This includes, but is not limited to, name, date of birth, demographic information, location information and school identity.

  • Third Party Materials means materials and information, in any form or medium, including any software, documents, data, content, specifications, products, equipment or components of or relating to the Services that are not proprietary to NCIT.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Anonymized Data means any Customer Data, from which all identifying information has been removed so that the individual data or information of a customer cannot be associated with that customer without extraordinary effort.

  • Provided Information shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.1(a) hereof.

  • Protected Data means Student Data and/or Teacher or Principal Data, to the extent applicable to the product or service actually being provided to the District by Vendor pursuant to the Master Agreement.

  • Service Data means query logs, performance data, such as traffic and conversion data, and other information about Customer’s use of the Service and Professional Services. Service Data may not include any Personal Data and is not considered Customer Content.

  • Third Party Material means software, software development tools, methodologies, ideas, methods, processes, concepts and techniques owned by, or licensed to a third party and used by the Service Provider in the performance of the Services;

  • Client Data means all data or records of whatever nature in whatever form relating to the Client, its operations, facilities, assets, employees, students or otherwise relating to its business, whether subsisting at the date of this Agreement, or created or processed in connection with the Services or as provided by the Client to the Supplier in connection with the Services. Client Data shall include all Client Personal Data

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

  • Regulatory Information Service means a regulatory information service as defined in the Takeover Rules.

  • Encounter Data Any Contractor accessing payments for services through the Global Commitment to Health Waiver and Vermont Medicaid programs must provide encounter data to the Agency of Human Services and/or its departments and ensure that it can be linked to enrollee eligibility files maintained by the State.

  • Study Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.
