Cloud Support Services definition

Cloud Support Services means our support capabilities for the online infrastructure through live Support-Chat, Email, and Phone.
Cloud Support Services means all support services to be provided by Contractor to Council in relation to the Cloud Services, and includes training, system monitoring, and other support services as specified in this Contract.
