Bubble agrees that it will: (a) treat all Customer Confidential Information with the same degree of care as it accords its own confidential information, but not less than reasonable care; (b) use the Customer Confidential Information only in connection with providing Cloud Support Services under this Agreement; and (c) not disclose or disseminate the Customer Confidential Information to any third party.

Bubble is responsible for the supervision, direction, and control of its personnel engaged in providing Cloud Support Services under this Agreement.
Bubble or its licensors have all right, title and interest and all Intellectual Property Rights, to the Cloud Support Services and Work Product.
COMTRONIC will provide assistance and support with maintaining compatibilities with the Cloud Provider, which will allow the Software to function in a cloud environment, and such other services as detailed in the Debtmaster Private Cloud Support Services Terms and Conditions, as modified from time to time by Comtronic (the “Cloud Support Policy (Private Cloud)”), available on ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (the “Ongoing Hosted Support Services (Private Cloud)”).
Bubble warrants that (i) it will provide the Cloud Support Service in a manner consistent with general industry standards reasonably applicable to the provision thereof; (ii) Bubble warrants that it will perform the Cloud Support Services in a professional, workmanlike manner.
