Live Support means a way for the Client to have real-time, back-and-forth communication with the Company available at http://freedom24.com/.
Live Support. The estimate of hours for assistance during the period between live production use of the new version and project signoff and transition to Support. If on-site time is requested or required, travel is charged at $130 per hour for actual flight and/or ground transportation time between office locations. This estimate does not include any out-of-pocket travel expenses, e.g. Airfare, Meals, Lodging, Mileage, Tolls, Ground Transport, etc., which will be billed separately.
