CMS Software definition

CMS Software means the software and related documentation owned by or licensed to CMS and used in providing the Services;
CMS Software means all or any part of the computer software (stored in Diskettes or any other form or medium) licensed or sub-licensed by the Bank to the Customer for the operation and utilisation of the CMS including the software which authenticates the identity of the Customer.
CMS Software means all or any part of the computer software (stored in Diskettes or any other form or medium) licensed or sub-licensed by the Bank to the Customer for the operation and utilisation of UOB’s CMS including the software which authenticates the identity of the Customer.

  • The Customer acknowledges that any and all of the copyrights, trade marks, trade names, patents and other intellectual property rights created, developed, subsisting or used in or in connection with any of the Services or any of the CMS Software and shall remain the sole property of CMS and in respect of the Proprietary Software are and shall remain the sole property of the licensors or suppliers to CMS.

  • The Customer shall be responsible for the consequences of any use of the Services or of the CMS Software or Proprietary Software.

  • CMS may offer updates or modifications to the CMS Software and will notify the Customer of its proposed charges in respect thereof.

Related to CMS Software

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Hosted Software means the software owned and controlled by Vendor or Vendor’s third-party contractor that supports the Hosted Software Services.

  • Supported Software means the supported software identified in the Proposal. System means the designated information technology environment in which the Software is to be used. Term means the term of this Agreement specified in clause 2.

  • Computer software means computer programs, source code, source code listings, object code listings, design details, algorithms, processes, flow charts, formulae, and related material that would enable the software to be reproduced, recreated, or recompiled. Computer software does not include computer databases or computer software documentation.
