Collaboration Results definition

Collaboration Results means any and all Results except for the Bayer Background Improvements.
Collaboration Results means all know-how (whether or not patentable) conceived or reduced to practice by or for either Party or any of its Affiliates in the course of performing the activities under this Agreement.

More Definitions of Collaboration Results

Collaboration Results means Results that are discovered, conceived, reduced to practice or otherwise generated through work performed, jointly or by either Party, under the Research Collaboration, provided, however, that Collaboration Results shall exclude all AstraZeneca Improvements other than as provided in the last sentence of Section 1.18.
Collaboration Results mean, collectively, (a) all data, results, technical information, process information, protocols, procedures, reports, and other non-patentable Inventions arising or resulting from and pursuant to the conduct of the Research Plan Activities during the Research Term, whether generated solely by or on behalf of a Party or jointly by or on behalf of the Parties and (b) [***].
Collaboration Results means any of AstraZeneca Results, Target Results and/or CAT Results.
Collaboration Results means all Information generated under the Research Program during the Research Term or any Research Term Extension, whether by or on behalf of Molecular Partners or Allergan (or their respective Affiliates) solely or jointly by or on behalf of the Parties (or their respective Affiliates).
Collaboration Results means any Collaboration Leads and other materials, information, data, and know-how, whether or not patentable, that result from any Collaboration Project that is useful by Bracco in the Collaboration Field or by Dyax in all fields except the Collaboration Field, and any Patent Rights covering inventions resulting from such Collaboration Project, excluding Dyax Technology and Dyax Improvements and Barriers Carrier and Bracco Improvements.
Collaboration Results means any and all data, information, and other Know-How generated under the Research Collaboration, including: (a) the summaries and reports provided to Gilead by Tango pursuant to Section 2.3.4; (b) the Proposed Screen Hit Lists (and any information therein); (c) the Screen Hits; and (d) each Data Package (and any additional information) provided by Tango in accordance with Section 2.7.3 or Section 2.9.3(b) with respect to the relevant Target; provided, that any such Data Package(s) and additional information related to any Declined Target(s) (collectively, the “Declined Results”) shall not constitute Collaboration Results (and, instead, shall constitute Other Collaboration Information). For the avoidance of doubt, and notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, Tango Background Technology, Target Discovery Platform Improvements, the Existing Programs and the Tango Third Party Agreements, even if included in any of the foregoing, are not Collaboration Results.
