Collaboration Year definition

Collaboration Year means each twelve (12) month period ending on December 31; provided that: (a) the first Collaboration Year of the Term shall begin on the Effective Date and end on December 31, 2017; and (b) the last Collaboration Year of the Term shall end on the date of expiration or termination of this Agreement.
Collaboration Year means the period of twelve consecutive months (divided into and composed of four quarters) beginning on the first day of the first full calendar month following the Effective Date, and ending on the last day of the twelfth full calendar month following the Effective Date; provided, however that the first Collaboration Year, and the first quarter thereof, shall include the stub period from the Effective Date to the first day of the first full calendar month following the Effective Date. Thereafter, each twelve complete calendar months shall be a subsequent Collaboration Year.
Collaboration Year means the twelve-month period starting on the Effective Date and any immediately subsequent twelve-month period.

Examples of Collaboration Year in a sentence

  • Such inspections may be made no more than once each Collaboration Year, at reasonable times and on reasonable notice.

  • Evogene may deliver any or all of the Existing Evogene Hits to Monsanto as Collaboration Hits during Collaboration Year 1, and such Hits shall constitute Collaboration Hits arising from a Project Discovery Round for all purposes of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Collaboration Year

Collaboration Year means a one-year period during the Collaboration Term commencing on the Effective Date or an anniversary of the Effective Date and continuing thereafter until the next anniversary of the Effective Date or the end of the Collaboration Term.

  • transition year means the financial year of an issuer or business in which the issuer or business changes its financial year-end;

  • Termination Year means the calendar year in which the Employment Period is terminated.

  • Election Year means a year in which ordinary elections for local governments are required to be held;

  • Research Period means the research period as described in the Commissioned Research Plan. In accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, in the event that the Agreement ended prior to the completion date of the research originally set, the date the Agreement ends shall be read as the research period.

  • Sales Year means the calendar year during which the Company sold Cigarettes in a Beneficiary State requiring the deposit of QEF Principal.

  • Class Year Study means a Class Year Interconnection Facilities Study as that term is defined in OATT Section 25 (OATT Attachment S).

  • Collaboration Product means any pharmaceutical product in finished form that contains a Collaboration Compound, either as the sole active ingredient or in combination with one or more other active ingredients, and all present and future formulations, dosages and dosage forms thereof.

  • Crop year means any 12 month period which represents the planting, growing, harvesting and marketing of an insurable crop, as stated in the Schedules;

  • Annual Work Plan means each annual work plan, together with the related budget, for the Project approved by the Association pursuant to the provisions of Section I.B.3 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Promotion Period means the period the Promotion is open, as specified in clause 5.1.

  • Annual Net Sales means, with respect to any Calendar Year, the aggregate amount of the Net Sales for such Calendar Year.

  • Program Year means the annual period beginning January 1 and ending December 31.

  • Annual Work Plan and Budget means the work plan and budget referred to in Section I.D of Schedule 2 to this Agreement

  • Research Program Term means the duration of the Research Program as it may be extended or terminated as described more fully in Section 2.10 and Article 8.

  • Development Period means the period from the date of this Agreement until the Appointed Date;

  • Plan Year means the calendar year.

  • Registration year means the twelve-month period during which, under the laws of the base jurisdiction, the registration issued to a registrant by the base jurisdiction is valid.

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
