Collaborative Research Period definition

Collaborative Research Period has the meaning defined in Appendix 1 (5).
Collaborative Research Period means the period described in Section 3.2.
Collaborative Research Period means a period as set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto during which the activities for the Collaborative Research are to be performed by Tokyo Tech and the Collaborator jointly.

Collaborative Research Period has the meaning defined in Appendix 1 (5). “Confidential Information” means any information designated at the time of disclosure as “Confidential,” “Proprietary” or some similar designation in tangible or intangible form and made available by or on behalf of one Party to the other Party in connection with or pursuant to this Agreement. Orally communicated information will be Confidential Information if it is confirmed in writing as being Confidential Information within five (5) business days after its initial disclosure. Related to Collaborative Research Period

  • Research Period means the research period as described in the Commissioned Research Plan. In accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, in the event that the Agreement ended prior to the completion date of the research originally set, the date the Agreement ends shall be read as the research period.

  • Research Program Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Research Program has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Collaboration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Collaboration Know-How means all Know-How conceived, discovered, developed or otherwise made by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing (solely or jointly by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing) in the course of [***].

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Collaborative matter means a dispute, transaction, claim, problem, or issue for resolution, including a dispute, claim, or issue in a proceeding, that is described in a collaborative law participation agreement and arises under the family or domestic relations law of this state, including any of the following:

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • Basic research means any original investigation for the advancement of scientific or technological knowledge that will enhance the research capacity of this state in a way that increases the ability to attract to or develop companies, jobs, researchers, or students in this state.

  • Development Candidate means a Compound that meets the Development Candidate Criteria for the initiation of a Development Program for the treatment of CF, and which is the subject of a notice from Vertex to CFFT that Vertex intends to commence formal pre-clinical development of the Compound in the Field pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.1 hereof.

  • Collaboration Technology means all Collaboration Patents and Collaboration Know-How.

  • Research Use shall have the meaning given in Section 2.2.2 of this Agreement.

  • Collaborative lawyer means a lawyer who represents a party in a collaborative law process.

  • Collaborating physician means the physician who,

  • Program Technology means Program Know-How and Program Patents.

  • Collaboration Patent Rights means Patent Rights claiming Collaboration Know-How.

  • Collaboration Patents means any and all Patents that claim or cover any of the Collaboration Know-How.

  • Licensed Program means the executable processing programs of licensed information, which is composed of various modules in the Licensed Software package provided by the Licensor.

  • Development Period means the period from the date of this Agreement until the Appointed Date;
