Collateral Trust Documents means the Collateral Trust Agreement and all other documents executed and delivered in connection therewith relating to the granting of liens or the issuance of guarantees by Korean Opco.

Collateral Trust Documents means this Agreement, each Lock-Box Notice, any additional documents executed to facilitate the allocation of the Shared Interest Collateral in accordance with the terms hereof, and any agreement or document referred to in Section 3.4 or 3.14 of this Agreement, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified in accordance with their respective terms.

Collateral Trust Documents means the Collateral Trust Agreement, the Collateral Trust Security Agreement and any other documents pursuant to which a person grants a Lien to the Collateral Trustee upon the Collateral as security for payment of the Secured Obligations.

  • The terms and conditions of the Collateral Trust Documents shall be in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent in its sole and absolute discretion.

  • To the extent that any terms and conditions in any of the ABL Documents or Collateral Trust Documents shall contradict or be in conflict with any terms or conditions of the Intercreditor Agreement, after giving effect to this Amendment, such terms and conditions are hereby deemed modified or amended accordingly to reflect the terms and conditions of the Intercreditor Agreement as modified or amended hereby.

  • The Collateral Trust Representative and the ABL Representative hereby agree that no party shall have any duty to advise any other party of information known to it regarding such condition or any such circumstances (except as otherwise provided in the ABL Documents and Collateral Trust Documents).
