Combined project definition

Combined project or “AC/ILOS project” means a project in the LTP intended to deal with shortfalls in levels of service to existing households and businesses by bringing assets up to the service standard and/or by providing additional service life, and to provide capacity for further growth.
Combined project means an eligible Class IA resource paired and collocated with an energy storage system connected to the State's electricity grid, whether metered jointly or separately from the eligible Class IA resource. [PL 2023, c. 321, §3 (NEW).]
