Committee Fees definition

Committee Fees means the additional annual retainer, if any, payable to members of a committee of the Board, but for greater certainty, excluding any Committee Chair Fee, which additional retainer shall, unless otherwise determined by the Board (or a committee thereof), be payable in arrears in four equal Quarterly installments;
Committee Fees means the fees and expenses allowed by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 330(a) of the Committee's professionals and members.
Committee Fees means the fees or retainers, other than Meeting Fees and Chair Fees, paid by the Company to a Director for service on a committee of the Board.

More Definitions of Committee Fees

Committee Fees means compensation received by a Nonemployee Director for service on one or more Board committees.
Committee Fees means Allowed expenses incurred and to be incurred by members of the Committee in the Chapter 11 Cases.
