Common Settlement Fund definition

Common Settlement Fund or “Common Fund of Benefits” means the consideration described in Section II, Paragraph (D)(1)(i) herein and includes the Monetary Fund.

Common Settlement Fund means the sum of $300,000 to be paid by Defendant within 10 days after the date on which the Final Approval Order is entered by the Court.
