Commonwealth Material definition

Commonwealth Material means any Material provided by the Department to the Provider for the purposes of this Agreement and Material which is copied or derived from Material so provided, and includes Commonwealth Records.

  • The Department grants the Provider for the duration of the Agreement Term, a licence to use, copy and reproduce: Commonwealth Material; and Agreement Material, but only for the purposes of this Agreement and in accordance with any conditions or restrictions Notified by the Department to the Provider.

Moral Rights e. the non-proprietary rights of performers or f. rights in relation to Confidential Information Material means any thing in relation to which Intellectual Property rights arise Moral Rights means the following non-proprietary rights of authors of copyright Material: a. the right of attribution of authorship b. the right of integrity of authorship and c. the right not to have authorship falsely attributed Official Information means any information developed, received or collected by or on behalf of the High Court to which the Service Provider gains access under or in connection with this contract, and includes the Contract Material and the terms of the contract Personnel means: a. in relation to the Service Provider: any natural person who is an officer, employee, agent or professional advisor of the Service Provider or of its subcontractors and b. in relation to the High Court: any natural person, other than a person referred to in paragraph a, who is an officer, employee, agent or professional advisor of the High Court.
Commonwealth Material means any Material provided by the Department to the Provider for the purposes of this Deed or any Contract or which is copied or derived from that Material except for Deed Material.
Commonwealth Material means any Material provided by the Commonwealth to the Consultant for the purposes of this Contract or which is copied or derived from Material so provided;
