Companion Lease definition

Companion Lease means: (i) the Lease Agreement dated as of June 8, 2001, between Lessor and Lessee, pursuant to which Lessor has leased to Lessee one Boeing Model 767-33AER aircraft bearing Manufacturer’s Serial Number 28139, (ii) the Lease Agreement dated as of June 8, 2001, between Lessor and Lessee, pursuant to which Lessor has leased to Lessee one Boeing Model 767-33AER aircraft bearing Manufacturer’s Serial Number 28141, (iii) the Lease Agreement dated as of September 20, 2001, between Lessor and Lessee, pursuant to which Lessor has leased to Lessee one Boeing Model 767-33AER aircraft bearing Manufacturer’s Serial Number 33421, (iv) the Lease Agreement dated as of September 20, 2001, between Lessor and Lessee, pursuant to which Lessor has leased to Lessee one Boeing Model 767-33AER aircraft bearing Manufacturer’s Serial Number 33422, (v) the Lease Agreement dated as of September 20, 2001, between Lessor and Lessee, pursuant to which Lessor has leased to Lessee one Boeing Model 767-33AER aircraft bearing Manufacturer’s Serial Number 33423, and (vi) the Lease Agreement dated as of September 20, 2001, between Lessor and Lessee, pursuant to which Lessor has leased to Lessee one Boeing Model 767-33AER aircraft bearing Manufacturer’s Serial Number 33424.

Companion Lease means: (i) each of the three Lease Agreements dated as of June 8, 2001, between Lessor and Lessee pursuant to each of which Lessor has agreed to lease to Lessee another Boeing Model 767-33AER aircraft, and (ii) each of the four other Lease Agreements, dated as of the date hereof, between Lessor and Lessee pursuant to each of which Lessor has agreed to lease to Lessee another Boeing Model 767-33AER aircraft.

Companion Lease. That certain lease to be executed between Landlord or its affiliate and Tenant pursuant to the PSA for certain real property located across Whiptail Loop W adjacent to the Premises (the “Companion Premises”) and the improvements to be constructed thereon consisting of approximately 164,833 square feet, and the and the improvements thereon appurtenances thereto, as described therein.

• Tenant hereby acknowledges and agrees that Landlord is entering into this Lease and the Companion Lease in material reliance upon the ability of Landlord to draw upon the L-C as protection for the full and faithful performance by Tenant of all of its obligations under this Lease and the Companion Lease, and for all losses and damages Landlord may suffer (or which Landlord reasonably estimates that it may suffer) as a result of any breach or default by Tenant under this Lease or the Companion Lease.

Companion Lease means (i) each of the eleven lease agreements, between Xxxxx Fargo Bank Northwest, National Association (formerly known as First Security Bank, National Association), as owner trustee (“Owner Trustee”), and Lessee (together with the Operative Documents entered into in connection with, and as defined in, each of such Lease Agreements) pursuant to each of which Owner Trustee has leased to Lessee one Boeing Model 717-200 aircraft, and (ii) each of the two other lease agreements, between Lessor and Lessee (together with the other agreements entered into in connection with each of such Lease Agreements) pursuant to each of which Lessor has leased to Lessee one Boeing Model 767-33AER aircraft.”

Companion Lease means that certain Lease by and between Landlord and Tenant, dated as of even date herewith, for premises located within that certain building located at 0000-0000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Santa Clara, California.

Companion Lease means: (i) each of the thirteen Lease Agreements between Wxxxx Fargo Bank Northwest, National Association (formerly known as First Security Bank, National Association), as owner trustee ("Owner Trustee"), and Lessee pursuant to each of which Owner Trustee has agreed to lease to Lessee one Boeing Model 717-200 aircraft pursuant to the Financing Commitment Letter in Connection with Boeing Model 717-22A Aircraft (Letter Agreement No. 5-1005-JSW-1317, dated May 26, 2000) between Lessee and The Boeing Company, and (ii) each of the three other Lease Agreements, dated as of the date hereof, between Lessor and Lessee pursuant to each of which Lessor has agreed to lease to Lessee another Boeing Model 767-33AER aircraft.

Companion Lease has the meaning assigned in the Lease.

Companion Lease means that certain Office Lease executed on or about the date hereof between Landlord and Tenant with respect to space (“Companion Lease Space”) in that certain building commonly referred to as San Mateo BayCenter I located at 951 Mariner’s Island Boulevard, San Mateo, California.

Companion Lease means: (i) each of the four Lease Agreements dated as of September 20, 2001, between AWMS I, a Delaware statutory trust (an Affiliate of Lessor), and Lessee pursuant to each of which AWMS I has leased to Lessee one Boeing Model 767-300AER aircraft (as modified, amended or supplemented from time to time), (ii) the Lease Agreement dated the date of this Lease, between Lessor or an Affiliate of Lessor and Lessee pursuant to which Lessor or such Affiliate has agreed to lease to Lessee another Airbus Model A330-200 aircraft (as modified, amended or supplemented from time to time), and (iii) each lease agreement or sublease agreement that may hereafter be entered into between Lessee, as lessee, and Lessor or any Affiliate of Lessor, as lessor, in respect of any aircraft (as modified, amended or supplemented from time to time).
