Company Business Intellectual Property definition

Company Business Intellectual Property means collectively, the Company Owned Intellectual Property and the Company Licensed Intellectual Property.
Company Business Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property owned, licensed or used by the Company as set forth in Section 4.15(a) of the Disclosure Schedule.
Company Business Intellectual Property means any and all Intellectual Property used in or necessary to conduct the business of Company or its Subsidiaries, in the manner currently conducted, including, without limitation, the design, development, manufacture, testing, use, clinical evaluation, marketing, distribution import, sale licensing, provision, support and/or other exploitation of Company Products.

Company Business Intellectual Property means, collectively, the Company Business Owned Intellectual Property and all other Intellectual Property used in or otherwise necessary to conduct the Company Business as conducted by Vista Outdoor and its Subsidiaries on the date of this Agreement and Company and the Company Subsidiaries as of immediately prior to Closing.

  • Business Intellectual Property means the Owned Intellectual Property and the Licensed Intellectual Property.
