Company Databases definition

Company Databases is defined in Section 2.10(p).
Company Databases shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.9(u) of the Agreement.
Company Databases means all electronic and other repositories and databases containing (in whole or in part) Company Data maintained by or for the Company at any time.

  • Neither the execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement nor the taking over by Acquirer of all of the Company Databases, Company Data and other information relating to the Company’s customers will cause, constitute, or result in a breach or violation of any Privacy Laws or Company Privacy Commitments, any Company Data Agreements or standard terms of service entered into by users of the Company Products.

  • Neither the execution, delivery or performance of this Agreement or any other agreements referred to in this Agreement nor the consummation of any of the Transactions, nor the Company’s or the Subsidiaries’ collection, disclosure to Parent, possession, or use of any Personal Data or any data or information in the Company Databases, will result in any violation of any Company Privacy Policy or any Privacy Legal Requirement.

  • To protect the Company Databases, the server hosting the Software will be separated from the database server by a firewall with the database server having no direct user access except via the Software.

  • Each Group Company has collected, maintained and used the data in the Company Databases at all times materially in accordance with the Group Companies’ and – where applicable – their customers’ security policies and privacy policies and with all applicable Legal Requirements pertaining to privacy, User Data, or Personal Data.

  • Each customer of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries that subscribes for or licenses data contained in the Company Databases (i) states on the face of such customer’s Contract with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries either such customer’s appropriate use for such data or that such customer’s use for such data will be lawful, and (ii) to the knowledge of the Company, limits its use to those stated purposes and takes appropriate measures to protect against the misuse of such data.


More Definitions of Company Databases

Company Databases shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.10(i).
Company Databases means the individual SQL Server databases created by the Customer in which the Customer Data is stored for each Entity for whom the Customer uses the Software to maintain accounts;
