Company DSU Plan definition

Company DSU Plan means the Company’s deferred share unit plan dated July 29, 2021;

Company DSU Plan means the Director Deferred Share Unit Plan of the Company, as described in the Company Filings.

• The Company shall take such commercially reasonable actions as are necessary under the terms of the Company Option Plan, Company RSU Plan, Company DSU Plan, and the Plan of Arrangement, to facilitate the surrender and termination of all Company Options, Company RSUs, Company PSUs, and Company DSUs at the Effective Time on the terms contemplated in the Plan of Arrangement.

Company DSU Plan means the Independent Director Deferred Unit Plan of the Company dated as of April 26, 2016;
