Company Equity Incentive Plans definition

Company Equity Incentive Plans means the Company’s 2015 Long-Term Incentive Plan, as amended and in effect on the date hereof, and the Company’s 2005 Long-Term Incentive Plan, as amended and in effect on the date hereof.
Company Equity Incentive Plans means the Oaktree 2007 Equity Incentive Plan, as amended, the Oaktree 2011 Equity Incentive Plan, as amended, and the Oaktree 2008 Phantom Equity Plan, as amended.
