Company Equity Incentive Plans definition

Company Equity Incentive Plans means, collectively, Company’s Amended and Restated 2014 Long-Term Equity Compensation Plan and the Company Director Plan.
Company Equity Incentive Plans means all equity incentive compensation plans of the Company and any of its predecessors that provide for the purchase, grant or issuance of Company Capital Stock or awards convertible into or exchangeable for Company Capital Stock, which are effective at the Effective Time, including the Amended and Restated 2010 Stock Option and Incentive Plan.
Company Equity Incentive Plans means the Company’s 2015 Long-Term Incentive Plan, as amended and in effect on the date hereof, and the Company’s 2005 Long-Term Incentive Plan, as amended and in effect on the date hereof.
