Company Stock Unit definition

Company Stock Unit means any stock unit payable in shares of Company Common Stock or whose value is determined with reference to the value of shares of Company Common Stock granted that is subject to time-based vesting under the Company Stock Plan.
Company Stock Unit means a hypothetical investment unit whose value is equal to the Fair Market Value of one Share.

  • All distributions from the Company Stock Unit Subaccount attributable to deferrals of PBRS Awards (but not Dividend Equivalents or earnings and losses attributable to such Dividend Equivalents) shall be made in the form of one share of Company Common Stock for each Company stock unit therein.

  • A Participant shall vest in his or her Company Stock Unit Subaccount with respect to the Company stock units therein attributable to a PBRS Award on the date on which such PBRS Award would otherwise have vested had the Participant not elected to defer receipt of the Company Common Stock issuable pursuant to such PBRS Award.

More Definitions of Company Stock Unit

Company Stock Unit means Company Awards consisting of rights (other than Company Options) to receive, with the passage of time or under certain circumstances, Company Shares.
