Company Worksite definition

Company Worksite means any place which is owned, leased, occupied or controlled by Company or Company Group, where Work is performed.
Company Worksite means any place where Obsidian Energy conducts business including, without limitation, property, buildings, camps, road systems and vehicles (where such vehicle is being used for the purposes of carrying out employment or contractor duties, regardless of whether such vehicle is leased, rented or owned by Obsidian Energy, an Employee, a Contractor or a Contract Worker).
Company Worksite means any place which is owned, leased, occupied or controlled by Company where a Contractor performs work for Company.

  • Company reserves the right, at any time, to independently conduct S&E Inspections of the Company Worksite and Contractor Items, procedures and S&E management system to verify compliance with Legislation and this Contract.

  • The risk factors associated to a Safety-Sensitive environment is one in which a state of incapacity due to impairment resulting from illicit drugs, alcohol or medication, could result in direct and significant risk of injury to the incapacitated individual, to others, to Company property, to a Company Worksite, to the Workplace, or to the environment; or one whose incumbents are required by applicable laws, regulations or industry norms to participate in drug and alcohol prevention programs.

  • Worksite means the geographical area of the Project location where the Work is to be performed.
