Company's Products means any present or future (future being limited to the term of this Agreement and any and all extensions thereof) product (i) being sold by the Company or (ii) any product designed, engineered, manufactured, assembled, or enhanced (whether or not sold) by the Company.

Company's Products means gene sequence and other biologic information recorded in digital format on compact discs, manufactured by or on behalf of Company, and offered for sale by Distributor. Company's Products as of the effective date of this Agreement are limited to compact discs containing information on the Hepatitis Type B Virus and its variations. The Company may, at any time and from time to time and at its sole discretion, add additional Products, or modify or update any Product. Company shall give Distributor timely notice of any such additions or changes.

• During the term of this Agreement, Representative shall have the right to indicate to the public that it is an authorized representative of Company's Products and to advertise (within the Territory) such Products under the trademarks, marks, and trade names that Company may adopt from time to time ("Company's Trademarks").

• In the event that the Company and Representative agree that Representative shall purchase quantities of the Company's Products for resale, any such purchases shall be at such prices and upon such other terms and conditions of sale as are determined by the Company from time to time, at its sole discretion.

• During the term of this Agreement, Distributor shall have the right to indicate to the public that it is an authorized Distributor of Company's Products and to advertise within the Territory such Products under the trademarks, service marks, and trade names that Company may adopt from time to time ("Company's Trademarks").

• The Consultant will promote the Company's Products and Services to the general public and assist in the licensing and merchandising of the Company's designs, logos, characters and music at the discretion of the CEO of the Company.

• Given Executive's office and his participation in the development, sales, marketing and servicing of Company's Products, Systems and Services, Executive acknowledges that Executive will learn or develop Confidential Information relating to the development, sales, marketing or provision of Company's Products, Systems and Services, and Company's customers and prospective customers.

More Definitions of Company's Products

Company's Products means products and services offered by the Company or its Subsidiaries as listed on Section 3.11(a)(xi) of the Company Disclosure Schedule.

Company's Products means the same or similar products or services as the Company currently provides, including, but not limited to a line of "middleware" products known as "Voyager" and object-oriented consulting and training services. Sales Page: referring to the Company Affiliate Sales Page; the page on the Company’s website that the Affiliate Link directs to in order for a Customer to purchase a product.

Company's Products means all products manufactured by or for Company other than (i) Chipsets, and (ii) microprocessors that are hardware or software compatible with one or more Intel microprocessors.
