Competitive Interest Period definition

Competitive Interest Period as to any Competitive Bid Loan, the period commencing on the date of such Competitive Bid Loan and ending on the date requested in the Competitive Bid Request with respect thereto, which shall not be earlier than 3 days after the date of such Competitive Bid Loan or later than 180 days after the date of such Competitive Bid Loan; provided that if any Competitive Interest Period would end on a day other than a Domestic Business Day, such Competitive Interest Period shall be extended to the next succeeding Domestic Business Day, unless such next succeeding Domestic Business Day would be a date on or after the Commitment Termination Date, in which case such Competitive Interest Period shall end on the next preceding Domestic Business Day. Interest shall accrue from and including the first day of a Competitive Interest Period to but excluding the last day of such Competitive Interest Period.
Competitive Interest Period with respect to any Competitive Bid Loan, the period commencing on the Borrowing Date with respect to such Competitive Bid Loan and ending on the date requested in the Competitive Bid Request with respect to such Competitive Bid Loan, which date shall be neither earlier than seven days, nor later than 90 days, after the Borrowing Date with respect to such Competitive Bid Loan, provided, however, that in no event shall any Competitive Interest Period end after the Revolving Credit Maturity Date.   • Each Competitive Bid Request shall specify (x) the proposed Borrowing Date for the Competitive Bid Loans then being requested (which shall be a Domestic Business Day) and the aggregate principal amount thereof and (y) the Competitive Interest Period or Interest Periods (which shall not exceed ten different Interest Periods in a single Competitive Bid Request), with respect thereto (which may not end after the Domestic Business Day immediately preceding the Commitment Termination Date).

More Definitions of Competitive Interest Period

Competitive Interest Period for each Competitive Loan, the period (a) commencing on the date such Competitive Loan is made and (b) ending on the date requested by the Borrower in the Competitive Bid Request for such Competitive Loan, which period shall be not less than seven days or more than 180 days; provided that (i) Competitive Interest Periods commencing on the same date for Competitive Loans comprising part of the same borrowing shall not have more than three different durations; and (ii) whenever the last day of any Competitive Interest Period would otherwise occur on a day other than a Business Day, the last day of such Competitive Interest Period shall be extended to occur on the next succeeding Business Day, provided further that if such extension would cause the last day of such Competitive Interest Period to occur on or after the Termination Date of any Lender making a Competitive Loan to which such Competitive Interest Period relates, such Competitive Interest Period for such Competitive Loan shall end on the next preceding Business Day.

  • Applicable Interest Period for each Credit Facility has the meaning specified for that Credit Facility in the Credit Facility Schedule; provided, however, that, at any time that the Applicable Prime Rate is the Applicable Index Rate, Applicable Interest Period shall mean the period commencing as of the most recent Applicable Interest Rate Determination Date and continuing until the next Applicable Interest Rate Determination Date or such earlier date as the Applicable Prime Rate shall no longer be the Applicable Index Rate; and provided, further, that, at any time the Libor Rate Index is adjusted as set forth in the definition thereof, or re-implemented following invocation of the Applicable Prime Rate as permitted herein, the Applicable Interest Period shall mean the period commencing as of such adjustment or re-implementation and continuing until the next Applicable Interest Rate Determination Date, if any.

  • Impacted Interest Period has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “LIBO Rate”.
